We collect only what you give us in our forms, plus basic visit information to understand which pages help. We use it to respond to you and to improve this site. We do not sell your information. Please do not send health or patient information through this site. This page explains the details.

What information do we collect?
When you use a form, we collect what you type: name, business name, website, phone, email, town, and any note. We also record which page you were on, the page you first visited, and any campaign tags in the link that brought you here.
If analytics are turned on, we collect basic visit data such as pages viewed and button clicks. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool or Google Analytics, depending on how the site is configured.
Please do not send health information
Please don't include health or patient information in any form on this site. We do not build forms that ask for it.
How do we use it?
We use your information to reply to you, to prepare the audit you request, to arrange workshops and board inquiries, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else handles it?
Form submissions pass through our hosting provider and into our customer relationship system so we can respond. Those providers process the information for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes beyond running the service.
How long do we keep it?
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any relationship with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
The chat assistant
The chat bubble on our founding-client page is an AI assistant. Messages you type into it are sent to our AI provider to produce a reply. We do not store the conversation. Please do not share health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
Texting
Some of our forms include an optional checkbox that lets us text you about your request. It is unchecked by default, and you can apply or ask a question without checking it. If you check it, we may text you about scheduling and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a record of when and how you gave consent. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
We do not send marketing texts without consent. Missed-call text replies we set up for our customers are replies to people who called their business.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children.
