Do you use our customer information in the workshop?
No. We use made-up examples or your general tasks, never real customer details.
How do you handle patient information?
We ask that nobody put health or patient information into our forms, and we build nothing that collects it. If a tool we set up could touch patient data, it has to come from a vendor that will sign a business associate agreement (BAA). If a vendor will not sign one, we do not use that tool for patient information.
